F. Andino Reynal
Appointed by Eric Holder to serve as a federal prosecutor for the Southern District of Texas, Andino Reynal was a member of the Organized Crime Strike Force. While at the United States Attorney’s Office, Andino successfully tried white-collar cases, public corruption cases, and major drug trafficking cases.
Joseph C. Magliolo
Joseph Magliolo has been trying cases in and around Houston, Texas, for 40 years, as a state and federal prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney. He was lead counsel in several of Houston’s most infamous murder trials and successfully litigated four of the area’s largest money laundering trials. Joe has received multiple awards and commendations from the United States Attorney General, three Federal Bureau of Investigation directors, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Internal Revenue Service and the Environmental Protection Agency. He was also chosen to be an instructor in federal law, to agents with the FBI and EPA.
Lynn Hardaway
Lynn is a 27-year veteran of the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. During her tenure, she supervised 10 attorneys and support staff as Division Chief of the Post-Conviction Writs Division which was responsible for the litigation of capital and non-capital writs of habeas corpus. Lynn successfully defended numerous death penalty convictions against claims of ineffective counsel, intellectual disabilities, prosecutorial misconduct, recanting witnesses, the suppression of favorable evidence, and faulty scientific evidence.
Rick M. Goldberg
Initially, Rick will work with counsel to assess and provide feedback to our overall trial strategy, drawing upon the extensive jury research and trial consulting experience he has to offer. This experience, acquired through litigation for almost 30 years, is derived from thousands of civil and criminal cases, hundreds of jury & mock trials and countless witness preparation assignments. Rick has experience working on a wide variety of criminal defense cases which provides our firm with a unique perspective. The application of this substantial body of expertise enables us to make necessary adjustments early in the discovery process. Rick’s litigation strategy consultations also assist counsel in determining if pre-trial research is warranted, and if so, what type of research is most appropriate.
Stephanie Bagnall
Stephanie graduated 12th in her class from Savannah Law School in 2016 and is a Georgia attorney working on getting her Texas bar license. She has spent the last eight years working in a variety of legal disciplines and is a legal research guru.
