Joseph Magliolo has been trying cases in and around Houston, Texas, for 40 years, as a state and federal prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney. He was lead counsel in several of Houston’s most infamous murder trials and successfully litigated four of the area’s largest money laundering trials. Joe has received multiple awards and commendations from the United States Attorney General, three Federal Bureau of Investigation directors, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Internal Revenue Service and the Environmental Protection Agency. He was also chosen to be an instructor in federal law, to agents with the FBI and EPA.

Within the last two years, Joe has secured numerous dismissals of criminal charges, including a multiple count federal fraud and money laundering indictment. He obtained a not guilty verdict at trial, for his client charged with the laundering of 50 million dollars. Joe is currently set to defend a client in a New York trial where the Government alleges a billion dollar fraud.
